ROBERT J. CHRISTENSEN, ESQ.
Rob has successfully handled civil and probate litigation cases involving trust, estate and conservatorship law, including traditional will or trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and challenges to estate plans. He has successfully litigated financial elder abuse cases, trust disputes, and conservator and trust accountings.
Prior to founding Christensen Law, Rob worked as an Attorney at Rehmani & Associates and volunteered at Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles' Veterans Justice Center. While at Rehmani & Associates, Rob's practice focused on probate and civil litigation, business entity formations, trust administration and intellectual property matters.
Before attending law school, Rob served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer, commanding units during multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and conducting training exercises in Japan, South Korea and the Philippines.
After exiting active duty, Rob moved to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Law School, where he was one of the first students to complete Loyola's Entrepreneurship Concentration. Rob was also the founder and president of the school's Lynn D. "Buck" Compton Veterans Law Association, a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and Catholic Law Society, and was involved in Loyola Law School's Fashion Law Project.
